Here at Homewardflight we create artisan one of a kind bespoke dollshouse miniatures in 1:12th scale. Often food, but also miniatures inspired by nature too! Sadie and her mother, Val, run Homewardflight from the beautiful Hebridean Isle of Skye off the west coast of Scotland, with an ever changing view of the loch and the hill that surround it from the worktable!
Sadie combines her love of writing with her love of miniatures in her various skilled project series which have featured regularly in Dolls House & Minature Scene magazine. You can catch her latest series, covering all the Traditional British Food you could ever wish to create, in all good newsagents and branches of WHSmith across the UK from October 2015! It has been a fantastic couple of years for Homewardflight, ranging from commissions for all sorts of wonderful designs, to signing a release form from a television production company and 5000 of our Halloween Spider Bread kits featuring on the cover of Dolls House & Miniature Scene! We like to keep busy though!!
